Participants: Current and future leaders working in family businesses. Family and external executives from different family companies and industries are welcome. The program is also available in a tailored format for individual family businesses.

In this leadership program, you will learn what your main driving force is, what is important to you and what you are passionate about. You will learn about the opportunities you have to create major changes – both in your own life and in the life of others.
The focus of the program is to strengthen you as a leader, and as a human being. If you are going to fill the role of owner and/or manager/executive, you will exponentially benefit from learning to know yourself, your drivers, thought and emotional patterns, and not least - discover your unconscious actions. Through this self-awareness program, you will gain confidence and become self-guided in how you can deal with change and resistance. You will then become curious about others' opinions and competence, as well as dare to facilitate diversity - not only in principle, but also in practice!
You will learn about how you can use your personal commitment, expertise and skills to build trust and influence in the very best way – for yourself, your employees and the family company. This will set a path for you to become a cultural architect, the driver of result creation and show others how different elements affect each other. This applies, for example, to the owners’ strategy, the role of the board and the organization’s ability to turn words into actions.
It is not the strongest who survive, nor the most intelligent. It is those who are the most adaptable to change. The leadership of the future is about the development of the business, but most of all about the manager's ability to renew her or himself.
