For over 20 years, Mette Ballari has worked closely with family businesses across the Nordics and globally. Her experience taught us something universal: when owners know themselves and each other, when they collaborate and move toward a shared goal – true value is created.<\/p>\nNot just financially, but human value that lasts.
\nIn 2020, Mette met Angoline Berge Tobias through their work at EY. With deep expertise in human and relational development and a background as an NLP Master, trainer and coach for 600+ leaders and teams, she shared the same passion.\n

Together, they laid the foundation for Nordic Family Office.<\/p>\n
