We believe the value of owners and next-generation owners being engaged in what they own or will own is immense. It comes from understanding the vast opportunities in ownership and finding their own motivation for it.
Based on this, we create, alone or together with partners and families both domestically and internationally, meeting places and learning environments for today’s and tomorrow’s owners and leaders.

For many years, we have, together with owners across the country, organized dinners where generations gather around the table for conversation. Here, owners and next-generation owners come together for an enjoyable meal and discuss selected topics such as generational collaboration and social responsibility.

Next Step Tromsø
A local network for the next generation of owners. A place for learning, reflection, and community for the future owners of family businesses in the North.
Next Step is our network and learning arena for the next generation of owners. The network was established at the initiative of young owners and future owners who wanted a place to meet, learn, and develop in the role of tomorrow’s owners.
Here, participants meet others in a similar situation, with businesses and/or a base in the same region. They gain insights and tools that help them understand what ownership entails and how they can fulfill the role in a confident and genuine way—aligned with their own commitment and the spirit of their time.
After many years of conversations across generations, we see a clear need. Many in the next generation lack the knowledge they need to decide whether, and how, they want to take over ownership. Through Next Step, they get help to see the opportunities inherent in ownership—personally, within the family, and for society.
We believe in the power of relationships. A community of people in the same phase creates both belonging and inspiration. Together, we lay the groundwork for the next generation of owners to develop themselves and their companies and to contribute to wise and sustainable societal development.
Next Step grows through the people who participate. We’re happy to talk about how you can become part of the network. Next Step will be established in several areas over the coming months.

Be The Change Ownership Retreat, Trogir, Croatia
Together with Quantum Learning Academy, we organize an ownership retreat for families and parts of families. A small group of owners and next-generation owners will travel together to beautiful Trogir and spend five days immersed in inspiration, learning, and networking, focusing on personal and professional growth and development, and the future role of ownership.
