The program combines:

• Two modules led by Nordic Family Office, focusing on family ownership, long-term value creation, self-insight, and relational capacity, based on our philosophy and program series Bridging Impact.
• A six-day international board program delivered by the Scandinavian Executive Institute and INSEAD across two modules, one of which is held in Norway and one at the INSEAD campus in Fontainebleau.

• Module 2 (SEI/INSEAD, Oslo): Board work in a Norwegian context, with international perspectives.
• Module 3 (NFO, Oslo): Personal insight and influence // Interaction between owners and the board
• Module 4 (SEI/INSEAD, Fontainebleau): International specialization in value creation, governance, and decision-making.
